Refund policy
14 Day Return Policy
At LEWAIR, customers are entitled to a 14 day return period starting from the day the order is received. This right of return applies only if all return conditions outlined below are strictly met.
Returns are accepted without the obligation to state a reason, provided the product is returned unused, clean, complete, and in its original condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
The 14 day return period begins on the day the item is physically received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer excluding the carrier.
Return Conditions Strictly Enforced
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions. Returns that do not comply will be refused and may be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Condition of the item
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
Tags and labels
All original labels, hangtags, and brand markings must be fully intact, undamaged, and attached exactly as delivered.
Signs of use
Items showing any signs of wear including makeup stains, deodorant marks, hair, lint, dirt, or similar will be rejected.
Odors
Items must be completely free of perfume, smoke, body odor, or any other scent.
Alterations
Items must not be customized, resized, altered, or modified in any way.
Packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the plastic protective bag provided at delivery.
Return identification
The order confirmation and or return number must be included inside the parcel.
Return timeframe
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Damage or negligence
Items damaged due to improper handling, negligence, or intentional misuse will not be accepted.
Promotions
For promotional offers such as Buy One Get One Free, all items included in the promotion, including free gifts or accessories, must be returned together.
Excluded items
Personalized, customized, or made to order items are strictly non returnable.
Incorrect returns
Items that do not correspond to the original order will not be accepted.
Returns that do not fully meet these conditions will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their own cost.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery. Items should be checked before removing any tags, labels, or packaging.
Once tags or labels are removed, the item is considered used, and the right of withdrawal is forfeited. In such cases, the return will be refused. Responsibility for compliance lies entirely with the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged or incorrect, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via our customer service: info@lewair.com
Reports must include:
The order number
Clear photographic evidence of the issue
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied. After review, LEWAIR will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns must be registered through our official return portal. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Select a carrier, print the return label, and ship the package

Customers are responsible for ensuring the return shipment is properly packaged and traceable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. Customers wishing to receive a different size or item must return the original purchase subject to approval and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method, unless store credit was selected.
If a return is rejected due to non compliance, no refund will be issued.
