Processing & Delivery Times
LEWAIR aims to process and dispatch all orders within 1–7 working days after payment has been received. Orders are handled Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (CET).
Please note that these are estimated processing times. During public holidays, sale periods, sample sales, or other promotional events, processing and shipping may take longer. LEWAIR reserves the right to extend processing times at its discretion.
Shipping Policy
LEWAIR offers free standard shipping on all orders over €150 (after discounts, excluding shipping fees and duties).
We currently ship to the following countries for an example:
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Norway, France, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, and Middle East countries.

Note: Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient. LEWAIR is not responsible for additional charges applied by customs authorities.
International Shipping Methods
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS, depending on destination and availability. All shipments are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning any customs fees, import duties, or taxes must be paid by the recipient.
Return to Sender
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address, or non-collection, LEWAIR will refund only the product cost, minus return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Address Changes & Tracking
Once an order is placed, LEWAIR cannot modify the delivery address, as processing begins immediately after payment confirmation.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. Tracking is usually active within one business day after the carrier processes the shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive the shipment.
